User Service Agreement
The User Service Agreement is a contract between you ("the User") and IPEST (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us") regarding the use of the official website ("this Website") and related services- Please read this agreement carefully- By checking a box, clicking to accept, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of this agreement, or by using our services in any way, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this agreement- This agreement shall become legally effective between you and us upon such acceptance-

2.2 Our services are those provided to you by us, and the specific services are subject to what we actually provide (hereinafter referred to as "the Services")-
2.3 The content of this agreement also includes the Privacy Policy- Furthermore, when you use a specific service of ours, that service may have separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc- (collectively referred to as "Separate Agreements")- Once the aforementioned content is officially published, it becomes an integral part of this agreement, and you should also comply with them- Your acceptance of any of the aforementioned Separate Agreements shall be deemed as your acceptance of the entire content of this agreement- Your acceptance of this agreement shall be deemed as your acceptance of the Privacy Policy-
2.4 We shall only be responsible for the scope of liability specified in these Terms of Service-

9.2 If Force Majeure prevents a party (the "Affected Party") from performing all or part of its obligations under this agreement, it shall not be deemed a breach of contract by the Affected Party, and the Affected Party shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or increased costs suffered by the other party due to non-performance or delayed performance of obligations under this agreement caused by Force Majeure-
